2022 Horse Camp: Western Riding
The final day of the very last Horse Camp!
Western Riding: The Final Day!
Welcome to the final day of Western Riding! We are so happy you stuck with us, reading this blog until the very last day! Here are the main things that we did to wrap up the summer:
One last time, we groomed Mango Tango II (His full name!) and gave him some well-deserved treat, same with Sunny, Sedona, and Grizz, our 3 other horses who have helped the campers learn how to ride and gain important skills about the different styles of riding throughout all 3 Horse camps. The campers got to practice more Roping, that they learned on the very first day, using a straw bale and a plastic cattle head. We set up our infamous water slide again, so the campers could enjoy their last day even more, slipping and sliding with the biggest smiles on their faces! And finally, when the parents came to pick their amazing campers, they got to see a lovely line dance performance that ended the 2022 Western Riding camp's final day.
Thank you so much for reading all of Horse Camp: Western Riding Week blogs, I truly appreciate it! Thank you for also reading the Equine Science & English Riding blogs too, it has been an amazing summer, and I hope that you can join us next summer in 2023 to have an even more of an adventure! This is the Summer Camp Lead Communications Coordinator, signing off!
